Our Fruit Baskets, Gift Baskets and Vegetable Baskets are shipped via UPS 2nd Day. This guarantees that your purchase will be fresh and delicious when it arrives at the destination.
Verify that the shipping address for the recipient is correct. If there is a possibility that the recipient will not be able to accept delivery during the work week, consider an alternate delivery address.
If you are ordering only non-perishable items, they may be shipped via regular ground service at a cost savings to you.

We cannot ship our Fruit Trays, Vegetable Trays or Party Platters. These items may be ordered for pickup at one of our storefront locations. Delivery service is available within the above local zip codes for these items at an additional charge of $7.50 per address.
Due to state agriculture laws, we are prohibited from shipping fruit into California and Hawaii.
Because we guarantee that the Fruit, Gift or Vegetable Basket you order will arrive in good condition, we will only ship our products when the they can be delivered within 2 calendar days. Carrier delivery schedules currently run Monday through Friday, with no Federal holiday, Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Due to these delivery limitations, our order processing and shipping schedules are as follows:

Exceptions to the above schedule will be made for local deliveries, or for those destinations that are within our regional shipping zone. Exceptions to the above schedule will also be made to accommodate Federal holidays that occur during mid-week, and inclement seasonal weather conditions.
- We require the sender's complete address on all orders. This address will be used for order confirmations, and credit card validations.
- We request the sender's telephone number on all orders. In the event of a problem with the order, this provides us with a method by which we may contact the sender, and resolve the issue quickly. Without a telephone number, we must notify the sender by mail, which will delay your delivery.
- Deliveries are limited to street addresses. Orders requesting delivery to a PO box number will not be honored.
- Recipient telephone numbers are requested in the event of a delivery problem, and are required for rural route deliveries.
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses will result in delivery delays, will void our guarantee, and will also incur additional carrier charges.
- Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone your delivery.
- Shipping and handling charges may change without notice.
- Due to the seasonal availability of our products, some items pictured in our baskets may be substituted with like items of the equal or greater value.
- Allow additional time for order processing and shipping from mid November through the end of December due to holiday order volume increases.
- Keagy's Produce is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses, or delays caused by the recipients inability or refusal to accept delivery.
Our Fruit Baskets, Gift Baskets and Vegetable Baskets are packed with the utmost care, and contain the proper cushioning to prevent damage during shipment. Our method of shipping ensures a timely delivery of a fresh and delicious product.
If your purchase is damaged or spoiled** upon delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will gladly send you a replacement product at no extra charge. We will also issue a pickup-ticket for the original shipment so that we may assess the problems that occurred with delivery, and prevent them from happening again.
This guarantee is applicable to the delivery attempt only, and is if subsequent delivery attempts are necessary.
**Please note that our definition of spoilage does not encompass surface skin imperfections, perceived color or taste discrepancies or the normal texture variations associated with ripening fruits. Returned products will be assessed upon receipt. If we determine that the damage or spoilage is not evident, or was caused by means other than shipping or overripened fruit, you will be charged the additional shipping and handling costs incurred for the return and / or replacement of the product. Incomplete return shipments or sampled products will not be accepted or replaced and will void our guarantee.
